All of this while also creating work that radiates the Target brand seamlessly integrating a multicultural point of view.
I partner with creative strategists and planners to solve business challenges through creativity and innovation to produce elevated and effective executions that inspire and guide our guests while building brand equity, strengthen guest loyalty, and drive sales. My team and I also collaborate with the Retail Brand Experience team to ensure compelling and connected storytelling that enhances product display and experience.
Staying current with retail trends and experiences, developing competent base knowledge of retail categories and guest behaviors, and being a passionate advocate for great design in the store environment is not only my passion but also an essential part of my day-to-day.

I oversee and manage creative projects, direct creative staff, and act as brand steward for Target. I lead and manage a group of senior and junior creatives, contractors, and partner agencies to concept, design, and develop creative executions that support the Target brand and meet the brand's business and strategic objectives. I partner with Marketing Managers, Merchandising Buyers, and Price & Promo Center of Excellence leaders to create outstanding work that helps bring joy to all families at a great value. With my extensive multicultural background, I help bring Hispanic nuances and insights to every brand experience my team creates. I currently lead the categories of Home, Accessories & Apparel, Baby, and Hardlines along with each of their subcategories. Staying ahead of the latest cultural, fashion, home, and beauty industry trends are part of my job but also my passion. It helps me to inspire and guide my team every day so we can ideate and execute insightful marketing campaigns that successfully drive to increase sales.

After launching this campaign, sales increased by 41% and the Ram trucks brand increased its market share by 3.5 points. Our team then won an international pitch to also handle Ram Trucks brand in LATAM

Successfully developed a new campaign for Advance Auto Parts that originally started as a Hispanic market effort to then be implemented across all markets in English and Spanish
