This year, we ideated a holiday story that was all about our guests and celebrating our differences, which brings us closer. We all become a beautiful kaleidoscopic world where joy and inclusion are what wraps it all together. Here’s an overview of the experience we created.
Our goal was to represent how during the holidays, we all come together to create a beautiful complex world where we are all welcome, no matter who we are, what we look like, or how we celebrate the season. Spaces were designed with clear duality to highlight how unique each of us is, while also sharing in on the joy that come when we celebrate each other. We designed a holiday experience to be overtly faceted and kinetic to achieve an impactful result.
This was heightened with layering of product, humanity, sophisticated folds, and vivid emotions to create an inclusive atmosphere for the guest to step inside. This visual language and storytelling became the guide for every channel and for all Marketing tiers during Holiday making of this campaign the biggest enterprise effort of the year.
